Dear Congressman Prospero Nograles,
SHAME ON YOU!
You were elected, virtually unopposed and by a large margin, by the people of the First District of Davao City. But your actions as our “representative” do not reflect the needs and aspirations of your constituents. Rather, you have acted on your own accord to serve your own political aspirations, those of Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, and your respective political parties, and allies. SHAME ON YOU!
Your actions and rabid fight for the Constituent Assembly for the Charter Change are a great disservice to your constituents. To say that you did it in the interest of your constituents would be a lie, yes? You have been selfish and have been misrepresenting your constituents. SHAME ON YOU!
You represent us dismally. But have represented greed, politicking, and selfishness successfully and with so much bravado. You represent everything wrong with our politicians. You serve nobody but yourself and your allies. You are there not to serve but we served. You have the position to represent Davao and Mindanaoans, but you have failed MISERABLY. SHAME ON YOU!
Please do not expect that your position of power, your affiliation with Arroyo, and your vast resources will earn you brownie points from the discerning Davaoeños. We all know you have aspired to be city mayor. With this act of betrayal, your dreams are more likely not to come true. Sorry to say, you have disappointed us greatly. SHAME ON YOU!

Our congressman is also a signatory of the resolution. I already sent an email of inquiry as to why he took part of it and his plans. I’m just waiting for a reply, yun ay kung magrereply. No to conass!

yes, markzseg, nograles will put his name in any project that he initiated. even projects that are national like DPWH, NFA, DECS, etc… His name is virtually everywhere in the city, including districts 2, 3. He simply is using public funds to advertise his name.
