I am a product of the Philippine State College of Aeronautics - Mactan Air Base (Ebuen Airbase). When I was in college there, units were at P30 per unit. This was in 1990 and even then some of my classmates had to work part-time to meet tuition fees.
I remember news from a cabinet meeting a year or so ago, when the DepEd reported that there was a shortage of classrooms, and GMA flared up and said “don’t give me problems, give me solutions” or something similar to that. This is not a solution, it’s an atrocity.
