Magdalo Mutiny Part 2
November 29th, 2007 at 1:27 am (General, National Politics, Military Affairs, civil society)
I woke up late and went straight to work. I’ve been getting my news updates via Twitter, Inquirer.net, and ABS-CBNNews.com, and various blogs. Although it’s not supposed to be laughing matter, the Magdalo mutiny has been reduced to a comedy of epic proportions.
Anybody who still takes Trillanes, et al seriously needs to have his head checked. Trillanes, allegedly, ran for senator so he can continue his fight for the people. But what he and his cohorts did is a big disservice to this country. Perhaps the only sector that has really gained from this is the media.
The big television stations and news services are gaining by the moment. While the rest of the country is either laughing or deeply disturbed by this entire thing.
There’s a saying that goes… “Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.”
Sad to say I kinda bought Trillanes “patriotic” bullcrap once. But I’m not buying it again.
Trillanes, Lim, Guingona, and the rest of their demented lot should go to jail and rot there. SHOW THEM NO MERCY as they gave none to the Filipino people, the country, and the memory of Andres Bonifacio and the Katipunan whom they bastardized.

Anybody who’s awake at their history class knows that it was the Magdalo who killed Andres Bonifacio. They merely desecrate his name.

Gawd, when will all the self-serving politicians and wanna be dictators in our country become extinct? I do not believe that Trillanes and all his cohorts are there for the people. they are merely securing power for themselves and when they’re there they will be as corrupt or more corrupt than the government they replace. To hell with all of them.

Parang me pattern ang Magdalo. Alam ba nila ang pinagmulan ng Magdalo. From Agunaldo to Trillanes?
Di ako bilib, di sila matatapang. Dapat di sila sumuko. Dapat lumaban hanggang wakas. Ang sundalo dapat sumunod sa chain of command. Pag nagmutiny dapat firing squad. Yan ang dangal ng sundalo.

Trillanes and Gen. Lim - i guess it would be best to persons that want gloria to go down is that they will target economic solutions not the president ..
i suggest that Trillanes and Lim will create a search engine better than Google and an OS better than mac or windows vista and a browser better than firefox , in that way we can compete with this international products
and get more money out of it ..
stop talking about how corrupt our president we already heard and sick of that … try to invent something that will bring the ferrari business and the BMW cars down to our knees .. make a car that will sell internationally ..
do you get it ? if you hate THE PRESIDENt ( arroyo or who ever it will be) try to think of making a product that will give us more money .. okay ?
your words or sentiments are useless , you are not the only one thinking of it .. we can do what you have said too .. but if you invent or program that will make money ? it will help us all and that is what the love of pinoys is

i agree with how you put it: a comedy of epic proportions. but more than laughs, i can almost weep at the thought that more than 11 million Filipinos voted him to office, and millions more who share his sentiment but are an in limbo on how to act on it.

Trillanes and his cohorts are basically suffering from a “Messiah-complex” bordering on insanity and is dragging the country down with them down the proverbial cesspit. But what’s even worse is the fact that people elected this imbecile into the Senate. This only proves that we are not smart or mature enough to exercise the rights we have right now.
Maybe we are too free or we treat our rights as absolutes? No right in the Bill of Rights is absolute but we act like they are.
I’m been slaving my butt off all over the world and trying my damn best to project a good image of the Philippines only to be ridiculed by my colleagues after watching the fiasco on TV. I had to humbly admit to my foreign colleagues that we are a bunch of immature idiots when it comes to politics and governance.

Man! He gave up after being tear gassed! This guy is a coward. I thought he’d stay there as long as it takes ?
> … sila ang matatawag na tunay na sundalong pilipino
I’d rather call those soldiers fighting in Basilan and Sulu now the true filipino soldiers. Not a stupid prick with a messiah complex who’d rather stage his revolutions in 5 star hotels, with camera’s and all. Btw, have u ever heard of a revolution staged in a 5 star hotel? Are the amenities that good that you would do it twice?
> kesyo tumaas ang peso sa dolyar umaangat daw ang buhay ng pinoy, pero kng > titingnan mo at susuriing maigi ang mga kababayan nating nasa ibang bansa ang > higit na apektado.
Well, if tataas ang dolyar against the peso, I’m sure those on other countries would be very glad,.. but how about us here in the philippines? It will lessen our buying power! So, you think the dollar shrinking against the peso is bad? You actually think that? Man! You need some serious education.
