National Government Still to Distribute IRAs worth P27-B

Davao City Councilor Peter T. Laviña has written about it before. Now Makati Mayor Jejomar Binay is criticizing the administration for their failure to distribute approximately PhP27 BILIION worth of Internal Revenue Allotment. These unreleased money rightly belong to the local government units (LGUs) and Malacañang has no valid reason to withhold that money.
