    Dear Risa,

    This is Arlene Rivera, former staff of CHS-DOH. I was just trying to search Ely Lumdang’s, suprisingly, I read that somebody’s looking for her whereabouts also. The last time I talked to her about 4 years ago. She said that she ’s in Texas, USA then she’s going to Morocco? Since then, I haven’t heard anything about her. She’s my friend, where is she now? Do you have any contact with her?

    Hoping for some information.
