I challenge anyone who can show to me that “saturation drive” is allowed under the Constitution. I challenge anyone to show to me that carrying a “cedula” is a mandatory requirement in order to move freely in our country. I challenge anyone who can show to me any legal basis for restricting a person’s right to express oneself in the halls of Congress — didn’t we pay for the construction of those halls by the way? I challenge anyone to show to me any provision in the Constitution that allows summary execution just because one is a member of any militant group? Lastly, I challenge anyone who can prove to me that public officers respect and observe the Bill of Rights.
I can say that my challenge will never be answered. Rule of law, my ass! Whoever is in power has his own definition and interpretation of the “Rule of Law”.
