TRO on RA 9337 Lifted

In 15 days or so, the amended EVAT Law will take effect. The Supreme Court has released its decision to lift the TRO and verify that the new EVAT Law is constitutional.
Let’s see if this magical cure-all of the government will really work to solve our financial, fiscal, economic crises.
